Regular one-on-one coaching sessions, typically held weekly will provide a safe space for you to share, reflect and grow.

Between sessions, I will provide you with homework assignments and exercises to deepen your understanding and support your progress.

Periodic evaluations to assess your growth, redefine goals and make necessary adjustments to our coaching plan.
